Independence Risk Solutions is the dedicated cannabis division of Shank & Associates Insurance Services Our parent company, Swarts, Manning & Associates Insurance Services, is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV and has an additional office located in Salt Lake City, UT.
Starting in 2001, Tim has built his risk management practice by establishing strong relationships within the business community. He has developed a network of underwriters, industry professionals, and strategic partnerships that enable him to consult clients on complex challenges and transformative initiatives. He has obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) professional designations.
Tim spends most of his time in San Clemente, California where his home and office are located. He enjoys surfing and free diving.
Margaret has been a loyal member of our organization since 2002. She brings over 30 years of insurance experience to our team and manages some the agency’s largest and most complex accounts. She is well versed in the cannabis insurance market place and coverages these businesses require.
Margaret enjoys watching Premier League soccer and is an avid Tottenham Spurs fan. Ask her what she thinks of Harry Kane.
Graduating from the University of Montana with a B.A. Degree in Environmental Studies, Bryce started his career in environmental construction and manufacturing, specializing in preventative and corrective health and safety. He is now a second-generation insurance and risk management professional. Some of Bryce’s practice is focused on the Environmental, Tech, Agriculture, Contracting, and Hospitality industries.
Surfing and skateboarding are big passions for Bryce along with spending time with family and friends
